Delivery Policy

  1. We only deliver within the borders of South Africa. There may be additional charges for deliveries to outlying areas.
  2. We will deliver within 2 – 5 working days from the time the payment is cleared in our account.
  3. Deliveries will only be made to the designated delivery address you gave to us upon checkout between 8am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.
    a) Deliveries may only be signed for by the person whose name appears on the order.
    b) If you require your consignment to be routed to a different address or consignee after your order has been finalised you will need to Contact Us in writing. We will ask you for proof of payment and positive identification to verify you are the purchaser.
  4. If you are unable to accept your delivery at the scheduled time please Contact Us timeously to make arrangements for an alternative delivery option.
  5. We reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee if an alternate date and time is required by you after your consignment has been dispatched; or if multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts are made by our carrier to deliver to you.
  6. We reserve the right to delay delivery of your consignment to you for any reason.
  7. Delivery costs may vary and are charged according to weight, dimensions and the area we are delivering to. When concluding your transaction a delivery charge will be automatically calculated and included to your cart total.
